Just what is the Red Hat Society and who can be a Red Hatter? You must be a woman of 50 or over (if you are under 50, you are a Pink Hatter) and you must attend functions in full regalia... red hat and purple outfit for women 50 or over or pink hat and lavender outfit for women who are younger.
